8. Signature pictures, User Avatars and Profile pictures. Signature pictures are defined as any graphic
posted in your signature. Avatars and Profile pictures are uploaded via the
users control panel. If any of these are
used by you, you agree that the images used will be tasteful and conform to a
family friendly atmosphere. What is "tasteful and family friendly"
will be determined solely by the administration and moderators of this site. In
addition, images used must not be animated images.
9. Posting about other garden related sites. Posting about other garden related web sites is allowed however:
Posting about other sites, garden related or not (with the intent to encourage
members of this site to join another site), is prohibited.
Violation will get your post removed. Continued violations will result in your account and access to this site removed.
10. Solicitation. MichiganGardenClub.com
exists for the non-commercial exchange of information. Soliciting of donations
or monies (without prior approval from the Administration) from the members of
MichiganGardenClub.com is strictly prohibited and may result in the removal of
your account. The only exceptions to this rule are posts involving the sale of
goods from one hobbyist to another and sponsor posts in the sponsor specials
forum and their sponsor specific forums.
