There was a security hole in the send mail feature that would allow a hacker to gain access to the mail site... Quite a long time ago I had removed the code that allows mailing but the feature still was available on the site... I will attempt to remove the function from the screen so there is no more confusion... Users can use the PM feature to contact other members (which is safer anyway... and then users themselves can decide if they want to share e-mail addresses) ...
Please use the PM feature to communicate on MGC. Make sure to clean out your PM boxes once in awhile, too. Thanks!
